World Federation contracts to Uniworld Inc., for the real estate development and facility management of the retreat. Uniworld Inc., a Nevada for profit corporation since 2000, is a holding company for a multitude of various joint ventures, subsidiary entities, contractual agreements and strategic alliances all formed for a single long term humanitarian goal and with purpose of each generating revenues and profits to self sustain and provide long term financial capability to obtain its humanitarian goals in which it may take generations for substantial achievement. This retreat will be extremely beneficial to both Uniworld and World Federation of Nations Foundation.

This retreat will be located on an estimated 15-25 acre lakefront real estate location on the prestigious and secured south shore of Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada.

Use of Property:  Uniworld will develop, build and operate a private retreat for World Federation in a highly secured and private environment. This retreat shall be used for personal renewal and regeneration of a select few high profile individuals to include leaders of nations (people of global influence).

The Development:  In an estate setting, privately gated and with its own security, the facilities to be developed would include:

1.   An estimated 20,000 to 22,000 square foot main villa, which will house a large area for entertaining guests, a commercial kitchen capable of serving both the guest functions and an elaborate dining area. The main villa will have as well, a private living quarters for the operator of the retreat to oversee staffing.

2.   The main private villa will have an estimated 12,000 square foot 4 bedroom detached luxury home next to the Main Villa to serve as the private living quarters for the influential guests during their stay.

3.   The compound will have two or more additional villas to accommodate private living quarters for other special invited guests, as desired by the influential guest occupying the main private villa. There will be similar accommodations for the entourages that often accompany the types of guests this facility will welcome.

4.   Therapeutic Center – A facility to house:

• Indoor pool and spa
• Health Spa
  • Massage
  • Tanning
  • Hair
  • Manicure
  • etc.
• Exercise Equipment Room

5.   Administrative Center Facility - A facility designed to accommodate an office and provide access to do required business tasks while away from home and a place to further ones educational needs to include but not be limited to:

• Full service office equipment, communication equipment and clerical staffing
• Private office
• Training and meeting rooms
• Library and study
• Education programs access and learning center

6.   Other Facilities

• Security office and control station
• Staff’s quarters
• Maintenance facilities including laundry facility

7.   The Grounds – Designed for relaxation, enjoyment, peace of mind

• Unique walkways with many sitting areas
• A variety of unique settings with gardens, shrubbery, embracing views
• Waterfront access with gondola rides, an electric watercraft or cruise yacht and more.

This facility, because of its influential guest residents, must have access to the nearby heliport or one on the grounds for fast, safe access to and from the main airport.

This facility must have a shield of protection from the media and the public to allow for the achievement of its purpose.

This complex shall provide, for these unique influential guests, a private environment away from media, the public and special interests. This will allow total solitude to experience physical, emotional and their own spiritual renewal and a place where they can privately study, gain an ongoing educational need and desire, privately entertain a special invited guest of their own and regenerate their own self.

This retreat will serve government leaders to meet, conduct private meetings and negotiations, develop stronger relations and a place Uniworld and affiliated non-profit organizations can conduct effective fund raising activity with highly influential people.
